Data issue
<p>Please explain to me how I used 5GIGS of data in 5DAYS !!! When I barely use my data !! Your customer service guys are absolutely ridiculous! </p> <p> </p> <p>They have no empathy ! They end the call after I'm on hold for 17 Min!! With absolutely no answer whatsoever! I usually use a GIG of data for about a month and now ? 5 GIGS in 5 days !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service your customer service advisors gives is appauling! I asked to speak to a manager and NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE!! YOU GUYS ARE FUNNY! WORSE NETWORK EVER!!!!!</p>

Kindly be advised that as per our records the usage on your cell number shows that as from 2016-07-31 at 23:10:21 you loaded 1GB of Data and this bundle depleted on 2016-08-02 at 11:39:36, you then loaded 1GB again on 2016-08-02 at 11:39:36 that depleted at 01:11:48 on 2016-08-03 due to internet usage. Please note that you then loaded 500MB on 2016-08-03 at 05:47:48 that was used and depleted on the 2016-08-06 and you loaded again 500MB that was also depleted by the internet. Another 1GB was loaded on 2016-08-07 at 12:49:30, please be advised that all this data was used and depleted due to internet usage.
Please note the your data depletes faster due to multiple sessions running on your device. The reason the session deducted so much data is due to all the pending sessions and the size of those sessions. To avoid this from happening you have to log off all your internet sessions, clear your browser tabs and restrict your background data.
