On the 24th December I noticed that my MTN invoice was faulty. They overcharged me by at least R886 plus VAT. I immediately called them and they gave me a reference number ( ********** 81) and told me I will recieve feedback in 72 hours. I called again on 29th December and was told that the 72 hours was working hours??? and that they did not have an answer. I called again on 5th January and was told that they logged my complaint wrongly. She told me that I would recieve feedback in 24 hours. I called again on 6th January. It is not resolved yet and I recieved another number (REQ ********** ). I asked the question how another number will help but recieved no convincing reply. He even asked me to go to the shop where I signed the contract. He was no sure why he wanted to waist my time to go to the MTN shop. I really hope MTN can give me an answer (It is now 14 days after my first call)
