DATA has now stopped

Worst service received from MTN after 15years of being a loyal customer , SMEcustomer care are useless at dealing with queries. I have a business contract and my DATA has now stopped. MTN admit its a problem but somehow its that difficult to load a bundle that I signed for!!! pathetic to know in just 6 months only 1 MTN rep knows about the deal I signed for but cannot get assistance to sort out my problem. today is the 19th , bundles load on the 6th. 2 weeks have passed and still no bundle? now MTN say I should wait for an SMS???? pathetic , unreliable , unhelpful and most the most useless network service personnel. I want a SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME!!! i do not want to deal with imbeciles.
