Data expiring early - lost 1.7G
I recently complained on this forun on how my MTN data miraculaously expired in week instead of the transacting period of 2 weeks. This was the R89 for 1G fortinight. I am really frustarted to say that noone had listened to me or even tried to resolve my problem.
I then bought another fortinight 1G for R89, and to my surprise the dat also expire dafter 7 days instead of 14 days. I am hurt because altogether i lost 1.7G of data because of this MTN problem, over and above that MTN automatically startr billing me out of bundle rates because little did i know that the data had expored. Is there anyone who can give me a lasting solution to this.
What I only did as the custopmer is to switch off the phone and stop buying the data again. Thsi is not a sustainable solution, Is there anyone from MTN to honestly help me find a lasting solution.
Thank you for your post.
According to our records , an expiry sms that was send to you was for the bundle you loaded before the 13th, and it show you still have bundles available from the data you bought on the 20th , if you buy a fortnight bundle it will take 2 weeks to expire ,however it will depend on your connection .
We trust that the above mentioned is beneficial to you. Please feel free to contact us should you require additional information
