Data expired 14 days too early

I renewed my mobile contract with MTN beginning of January and took a contract with 52 GB of data each month!
My monthly term always starts on the 14th of the month. So I received the 52 GB on 14th of January. The SMS stated that the data will expire after 30 days.
However 50 GB data already expired the 1st of February and left me with only 2 GB of data although I had roughly 22 GB left on 31st of January.
I called the Holine and an employee confirmed that the data shouldn't have expired. Then, on Saturday 4th of Feb, I went to the MTN shop at Canal Walk, Cape Town (1st floor) and talked to Jill.
After investigating also Jill confirmed that the data shouldn't have expired. She escalated the issue to her Manager. and got back to me on Wednesday, 8th of Feb. She told me that I won't get the data back or the money I spent to load data on my phone.
After asking her to have another Chat with her Manager Tyrone she wanted to get back to me on Thursday, 9th of Feb, which she never did.
As I will get my new 52 GB on 14th of Feb I don't need the data back. However I would like to get reimbursed for the money I had to spent to load data on my phone although my data should have lasted the entire 30 days. (130 Rand)
Please contact me with a solution as 2 MTN employees confirmed that the data disappeared due to an error on their side, but nothing happened.
Thank you
