Data dundle

I have a data router from mtn of 20G per month as from February 2021 my data bundle have run out with in a week of loading. On the 23rd March I went to Mtn Hemingways to enquiry. They said they have lodged the enquiry. Now it's two days later nothing from them. It is also a frustration to call the 136 line as the options there are not giving me what am looking for.
