DATA DISCONNECTED WITH NO EXPLANATION

These people do not care about their customers, I have a data sim from them which is paid up to date on payments 24hrs ago my internet is not working. I called their call center on multiple occasion I have not been assisted. I'm given different feedback from a dozen of them about what's happening with my sim card. I'm loosing out on business of what they doing they are exploiting their customer because they will not compensate me for my +24hrs of being disconnected... as soon as I'm done with our data arrangement i am porting to a different line...Ni USELESS
