Data disappears
<p>A huge problem with MTN services, Data keeps disappearing after being purchased, callled the MTN explantion I received is that the phone is connected to the internet, all apps are shut off, celluar data is switched off and background app refresh is also switched off, keep getting told my phone is autmoatically connecting to the internet, even when the phone is switched off!! agents cannot assist, this is appalling as i pay for the service and have been a client for Mtn FOR MANY YEARS</p>
