DATA DISAPPEARS

On this day I purcchased data "Y'ello! You've successfully loaded the 7 Day 3GB + 2.5GB Free Valid until ***6"

That was in the morning, the very same day after a few hours, I suddenly get a message from them that I'm out of data. I don't understand why we would work so hard to get money during this pandemic things are bad already and yet on the other hand you have Cooperates like MTN *****ing data from its consumers. I've checked background data and I know for a fact that I closed background data so what could possible take so much data? I was on Whatsapp then my data Disappears.

I called MTN so many times including now a few minutes ago, all I get is a pathetic excuse that "Our system is down, please call after 30min" I gave them 24hr and still haven't been resolved. I a contract with them, so I also buy data aside because I know their data runs out very quickly but for them to still data really frustates me because the last R150 I spent on them to ***** it!!!!!
