Data Disappears ?♂️

Seems like MTN is also government owned. Just like our electricity disappears so too my Data disappears. Yesterday I apparently used 12.2gigs worth of Data. This was a day that my phone was off at home, cause I went hiking the whole day. Phoned customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. Absolutely pathetic.
