Data disappears
I have serious issues with MTN, this morning I purchased 50 MTN data and before 1 o'clock I had 20 MB left . <br> <br> I am very angry and disappointed because this is not the first time it's happening. I've tried 1000 times to call <br> <br> them but all lines are busy I must call again later, I want my data credited back to my phone .

Kindly note that our system shows that 50mb of data was loaded on your number on the 2015-05-02 at 05:45 and also received promotional data bundles. The promotional data bundles were first depleted. They were used up on the 2015-05-02 at 11:19. Thereafter it started depleting on the 50mb that was bought which to date has a balance of 8.56. The data bundles were used on the number.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
