Data disappearing on my tablet
I recharged my account and bought 1gig worth of data at 8:56 am on the 21st of march 2016 and received an sms that account was successfully recharged and in return received 1gig of data free as part of the MTN current promotions I literally went through my emails and was off the internet. At 11:36 am on the 21st of March I received an sms saying my data is depleted. I find that highly impractical as I did not download anything or watch movies or videos i just do not understand how possible is that to go through 2gigs of data in 2 hours. This is pure ******* and unacceptable
