Data disappearing MONTHLY
<p>Once again it is the 30th of the month and I`m out of data. I`m on a 5GB package and by end of the month I`m out of data. It only gets loaded on the 14th of each month. </p> <p>There is something seriously wrong here. My data is disappearing at an extremely rapid rate. </p> <p>If this is the case I need to move to another network where my 5 Gigs will at least last a month.</p> <p> </p>
I`ve had no joy getting feedback from your Company therefore I will be returning the debit order that went through on the first as my daughter is left with 20GB out of her 50GB data package and this is just after 2 weeks of the 50GB being loaded. Seeing that this Company could not be bothered with their clients I will go elsewhere!
