Data Disappearing-Call Centre Barred
My data has been disappearing abruptly, when I call the call centre they tell me thier system is currently off line, and I must call after some minutes. ...when I tried calling the centre again, they tell me I have been BARRED from calling the call centre. So if you have a complain where are you supposed to go if they stop you from calling the agent's. MTN should be investigated, this issue of disappearing Data's and airtime is getting out of hand.
