Data disappearing
I have nothing but resentment to this nonsense of having to recharge and data disappearing. making it worse is the the useless call centre that sends one from pillar to post without any care whatsoever. I have resorted to NEVER EVER using MTN EVER in my existence. Hard earned money just being ****** just because MTN can

Take this as confirmation that we have received the complaint. We have tried to get hold of you with no luck and unfortunately the number you have on this post is not an MTN number. We therefore could not check what caused you data loss.
Should you still wish for us to investigate the matter please re-post and provide the MTN number in question as a reference.
