Data Disappearing!

Good day

I get 500MB data per month with my contract, but then I top up as well once I have used the 500MB. I purchased a bundle two days ago, checked my data this morning before I sent a whatsapp message and I had 465MB of data. I received 3 whatsapp plain text messages after that and got an SMS to say that my data bundle is depleted?!

I am shocked, MTN has taken away 465MB of my data in a matter of seconds. I did not download anything and therefore would like to understand how this could happen? I paid for this via my cellphone banking, so technically MTN has just taken away that money I spent on purchasing the data.

This is not right. I need data but if I buy data again now off my cellphone banking will that disappear too???

I would appreciate a speedy response explaining why this happened as well as my data being restored to me.

Thank you kindly,

Candice
