DATA DISAPPEARING

my data disappeared on the 24th of October just 3 days after my account was credited with data. i have about 290 to 300 MB of data at 11 :00 i was unable to use internet when i checked there was 0.00 data left, i called MTN without any luck, i was told there is no history showing what finished my data i was then told there will be a call logged until then i must wait. wait for 7-14 days without data and chances are i will never get my data back. after being a MTN loyal customer for so many years and this is the treatment i got no sympathy what so ever. its like i must wait on the queue but money is taken from my account every month not even a month skipped, i need explanation as to what really happened to my data and i need it very soon. i wont hesitate to take my account elsewhere since i m CHEATED by the network i trust.<br> N:B i never subscribed to anything that could have taken my data .
