Data disappeared and MTN giving poor excuse!!!
I upgraded my contract with MTN last month and am getting 120GB a month, my data was loaded last week and i didn't have a fone last week due to it breaking and today i get an sms to say my data is finished. i called MTN to inquire and i was told my data is finished and i was told it looks like it was finished by the background refreshing, how is it possible that 60 GB can be finished by background refreshing. i feel so frustrated really. its not possible!!!!! MTN took my data and is giving a poor excuse!!!! i want to cancel all my contracts with this network.

LAST MONTH TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING MY DATA THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DEPLETED AND I DIDNT UNDERSTAND BUT THEY TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO NOW TODAY I GET 60GB INSTEAD OF 60GB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP CANCEL THIS NIGHTMARE OF A CONTRACT FOR ME PLEASE!!!!!
