Data depletion

I am yet again wounded by MTN, the same problem keeps recurring and it has never been resolved.

i bought 1GB data on Saturday 25th June, Sunday 26th I get an SMS "Your data bundle will expire in 2 days. To buy now dial *141*2*163# or use a Bank Card, dial *120*321# - FNB, *120*3279# - Capitec or *141*10# - Other Banks." Indeed my data was depleted in about 2 days. I bought another 1GB , after 2 days I got the SMS, "Your data bundle will expire in 2 days. To buy now dial *141*2*163# or use a Bank Card, dial *120*321# - FNB, *120*3279# - Capitec or *141*10# - Other Banks."

Please take note there's additional free data valid for 30 days, it also expired. MTN should sell or merge, they have failed dismally with their customers. ****************. It's too sad. All I want is my data back, it's my money.

Good Day Boitumelo,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that the bundle that expired on the 28 June 2016 was loaded on the 28 May 2016. The bundle loaded on the 25 June 2016 was used up by the 30 June 2016.

Please be advised that the confirmation sms notifying you of the expiry date is Network generated when you load a bundle. This means that you still receive it even after the bundle has been used up and this does not affect the current bundle you might have.

Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

Kind Regards,
Itumeleng
