Data depleting incorrectly
Hi, I recently bought MTN 100MB bundles and got 50 MB free but it only lasted me 10 minutes and it was all gone... I have only whatsapp running. when I call no one give me a strait answer some they will tell me that MTN has a technical error and some will tell me that they see the bundles on their side whioch means there is no trueth at all they just *********** and not know what they doing. I hate it when it comes to them telling me about the phone am using and they will say its because am using an iphone. I am not stupid I have been using iphone for years and I know how long do 100MB last me with only whatsapp on. I am so furious, I guess its high time to say good bye MTN now I have been complaining. They will forver try to explain ehen you ask them and they never cared. Peaple MTN is MTN because of us, maybe they just need a lesson by seeing everyone porting to the competitor.

To minimise charges on your iPhone device you can Disable Background App Refresh, turn off your iCloud backup option and disable cellular data when you are not using the internet.
Please note that besides internet usage your handset can also generate charges via upgrading of data applications and automatic running of same.
