Data Deal Not Received and Inability to Provide Proper Service

I have been querying why I am not receiving my full data deal I am paying for, for the past 4 months now. I have been in contact with stores, I have been calling call centre's, whose lines are so noisy I care barely hear what the consults are saying, and each and every time I called my line was cut. I have posted so many times with responses from business but to date nothing has been done to resolve the matter. I have not received a single call or sms or email. I previously received a response stating they cannot get hold of my proper contact number, this is an extremely poor excuse as MTN is my service provider.
