DATA DEAL CANCELATION GONE WRONG

MTN stuff is *********** and dishonest, lotting money from vulnerable people, I'm never doing business with MTN anymore and it's the second time that they do something like this. Every time a contract expired and one puts in a request for cancelation but on the other hand just a mere employee by MTN fails to do his job adequately. MTN has less interest in the happiness of their customers. I took a 24months contract with MTN which expired on the 24th of September 2020, I was advised by so called MTN service champion to call in a month before for cancelations which I did and I got advised that my contract will automatically lapse by itself and convert to prepaid. I kept on making severals calls regarding cancelation and each time they told me different stories. To my surprise on the 13 of October I get an invoice declaring that I owe MTN R1200 estimated. I called in MTN to find out what seemed to have caused that I got a consultant by the name of Abdullah who actually told me my contract wasn't canceled, he requested the audio recordings for me. When they were released they refused that I listen to them as they didn't wanna release them to me, I then ask to listen to them via the call conversation, then the a consultant called Thabang told me he will call me together with the supervisor, they never called even now... And it's now a full month... They had to make me pay for services which I never even used.

They also credited me with 30GB which I asked them to retract it, but which they failed and is still as it is even today.

IF THEY HAD TAKEN ME TO A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT THEN WHY WAS I BILLED MORE THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. FROM R583 PM TO R1200... YOU GUYS ARE ******.
