Data data data

<p>Mtn please can you do something bout your poor answers for data that goes missing in hours? I bought 300mb this afternoon at 2:56 pm... its now 10pm and there is now no data? I can understand this if I was watching videos online.. but I haven't....I used to use 1gig a month? Now I use about 4gigs....Then ur story is background apps? Really? How much data can background apps use... don't even try that with me...U need to show us consumers some proof? This is the 3rd time I will be complaining and still get no joy? When u take our money it's ok... but we must jus wait around and hope for better things to happen! Be a proper company with proper service... show us that u got nothing to hide and show us where the data is going? Please don't be assholes and at least try to respond... maybe I should jus take all 5 of my lines and move to someone with better service and prices! And this is coming from a customer that has been with you for 17years.... u guys really let me down...</p>
