YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING ME!!!

Countless tickets have been raised to assist with this, but still nothing has yielded the desires results, and that I must use my precious time to ask for updates the entire time.

I WANT TO CANCEL BOTH OF THESE DATA CONTRACTS, IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED TODAY!!
