Data contract exploitation

I am furious with your MTN service. Forcing me to pay R670 for a contract I NEVER app**** for or agreed to. My previous contract expired and cost R250, and now you have somehow signed me up for something nearly three times that amount without my knowledge or consent. This is completely wrong and unacceptable. It is exploitation to make customers pay for contracts they did not request. You cannot just debit people’s accounts and expect them to stay quiet. I did not authorize this R670 contract and I refuse to be bul**** into paying for something I did not ask go . I regret ever doing business with you.
