Data contract - excessive billing

I have had a MTN 2 Gig data contract through Autopage for 4 years. In all this time, I did not exceed the 2 Gig usage. For the last two years, the cost was R99 per month. On 1 August, Autopage deducted R4957-98 from my bank account!!!! While I was waiting for their feedback regarding this, they deducted R6028-86 on 1 September !!! They claim that this is valid usage!I disagree! They also say they will not refund the money. Be careful for Autopage and MTN!!!! I have now hardbarred the contract and given notice of cancellation as soon as the contract runs out, but I need the money they took. I would not be surprised if a huge amount is deducted again in October. PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!
