Data contract card keeps getting blocked
I took out this contract from March 2015 and have been having problems since i pay R580 every month and my Limit is R350 but i keep getting blocked and sometimes cant use the internet they keep saying its because of the limit but it never gets resolved im very fed up now and wants this account cancelled dont wants anything to do with MTN, i have been paying this account for over a year for nothing, constantly having the same problems, I am very diasppointed.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and sorry for the breakdown in service experienced.
Kindly note that we've now increased your account credit limit to R1500.00 to avoid further suspensions. But also note that we've set a usage limit of R0.00 on the line.
Once you've used up your 1GB data bundle, you can either purchase airtime and buy data bundles or you can simpy request that your usage limit to be raised to an amount that is affordable for yourself.
