DATA CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I have been trying to cancel the data contract with MTN Number *** since June 2021. Whenever I call 083 135 the call is transferred to Cancellation Department, but no one answers the call in that department. Today, 01/10/2021 at 08:15 I spoke to Nokubonga Sithole and I have mentioned that I am escalating this call to Hello Peter if the call is not answered.
