Hello Chadinha1,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.

We have now perused your account and see that the usage limit was set on the number ending with 9392 as it was migrated to our new packages (My MTNChoice) that allows a customer to set a limit.

There is no limit set on the number ending with 0984, hence the line was not barred. The MTN Broadband package that you are on does not have a limit facility as it's an open package that allows you to generate additional usage after you've used up your 500MB data bundle provisioning.

We've perused the invoice dated the 7th of October 2015 and we see that you've used 3992.95MB's over and above your 500MB's of provisioned data for which we've under charged you by R207.92.

We've also now requested an itemised billing report reflecting the usage and for you to scrutinize for your own perusal.

Regards
Tim
