Data Contract
I received a very appalling service from MTN, I app**** for Data online and a guy by the name of Siphesihle called me to confirm my details and he said someone will contact me to send my documents and no one contacted me and few days later I received an sms saying I did not meet the criteria. I called MTN and I was told that on the system it shows that I took longer to submit my documents when no one asked me to submit anything and the lady who was assistsing me said she will ask Siphesihle to call me as he was the one doing my application and to this day I haven't heard from them.

17 Sept 2018, 13:35Hi Ishie, I did call and like I said the lady who picked up the call was just not interested in helping me instead she said she sees oon the system it says I took long to submit the documents and I told I haven't even submitted the documents as no one asked for them she then said she will ask the guy who was initially helping me to call me so I don't understand why I must call again why can't you guys call me?
