Data Consumption
<p>the data consumption is ridiculous I bought data on the 28 of August 1GB and got 1GB free to my surprise I have 65MB remaing this ridiculous I use my data for whatsapp facebook and Twitter. I do not stream and I do not download anything. I use an IPhone my background data is off and my auto updates are off and most of the apps are turned off. </p> <p> </p> <p>So the question is how can I use so much data on my phone?????????????? I have had many problems with MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disappointed in this service and ****ed.I cannot be paying over R800 for a contract and still have to spend an additional 200 to R400 on data. This needs to be sorted out or cancel this contract and I will not pay any cancellation fees not a chance</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We have noted that 1GB Once off Internet Bundle was loaded on 2016-10-28 and the mobile number was also credited with 500MB Promotional Data + 512MB Night Express Promotional Bundle. Kindly note that the disputed data usage is under an unbilled invoice, please request for a data usage dispute to be logged once the invoice dated 2016-11-13 is finalized.
