Data connection speeds extremely slow
I use an mtm data ****le to connect to the Internet, I am in an area with good HSDPA reception, however it constantly has no data connectivity or very slow speeds. My device says connected as H+, yet I can't even load a single web page or send an email. I initially thought it was just my device, but I have come across the same slow speeds all over Grahamstown with many other mtn data ****les and cell phones owned by friends. I am suspecting that the data towers in Grahamstown are oversubscribed because I get a very good connection at early hours in the morning when less people are connected. Please could MTN increase the capacity of their towers or build some new ones to increase the quality of your data connection services.
