Data connection drops

MTN data drops a lot in my area. I contacted them and they admitted that there is a problem with a tower in my area! They didn't fix it and just ignores any further communication. I work online and my Job depends on a stable connection. MTN doesn't care and keeps on taking my money without providing the service I pay for. But what can the little guy do? They don't care
