DATA CONCERNED COMPLAINT

On the 07 Oct 2020 at 16:41 I typed out a question on and via Hellopeter.com to MTN with subject line ( MTN DATA SYSTEM TOOK THE DATA AWAY ) Why does MTN data have an expiry date? MTN data should not never ever have an expiry date. It is so sad that no one from MTN has an answer to my above mentioned question. Data should not have an expiry date. Can this be investigated further? To anyone that can do something to help here it would be highly appreciated in life. Money is hard earned and not something to play around with. Why is there no reply from MTN?
