DATA complaint

I signed up for Data share on my 072 nr linking my 084 nr to share the bundle however the 084 nr was still being charged for data from the airtime balance and the 072 nr data bundle started being depleted quicker. I then cancelled the data share on the 072 nr on the MTN website and bought a 1gb data bundle for the 084 nr on Sunday. It is Tuesday, the data bundle on the 084 nr is still not credited to the account and MTN has since taken R100 + in airtime for data charges from the 084 nr's airtime balance. The data share still shows active on the 072 nr and the data is reducing at a rapid rate which can only mean that the 084 nr data usage is also being taken off here in addition to the charges off the airtime balance. I called the call centre and they very unhelpful as they said they can only get the network department to credit the 1gb data purchased and thereafter I will have to call again for the rest of the query, so despite having 2reference nrs the problem isn't resolved and my patience is growing thin.Credit the purchased 1gb data bundle to the 084 nr and airtime used for data charges and data used on the data share on the 072 nr back
