Data Charges TRIPLE from 25c to 87c

June bill is 2.5 higher than usual coz of Data. I went into MTN service centre, I was told not to pay & MTN would contact me. They didn't.<br> July invoice also 2.5 higher than usual & an SMS that if I did not pay my line would be suspended, I called & was advised to pay & if error, would be credited. I made payment<br> 1 Aug received sms that 1GB Internet bundle activated & valid for 2 days. I called 808 & spent 1hr & 11mins on the phone with Marvin who attempted to explain why only 2 days but could not, he told me that MTN's out of data charge had raised from 25c to 87c, more than THREE AND A HALF times on 1st April but could not explain why. I asked why in July I had 4GB data on my plan and in June only 2GB with no instruction from me & he could not explain why. He could not explain why 1GB data bundle, which includes another GB free, costs R160 but 1GB out of bundle costs R 1,015?!<br> Eventually he asked his supervisor, Boitumelo Maisa to explain it to me and she told me that the account was correct and that I had to pay. Full stop?! She told me to add more data but could not explain any of the above?!<br> HOW DOES MTN CHARGE OVER 1000% HIGHER FOR OUT OF BUNDLE DATA & NO RECURRING BUNDLE OPT?
