Data charges ridiculously expensive
<p>I have been a loyal customer of MTN for many years and data charges have increased tremendously. With the current economic situation and inflation it's almost impossible to always have data on your phone. Not only is data very expesive compared to other countries, but it also goes so quick. There's absolutely nothing in it for me in being a customer at MTN, apart from expenive data charges, and low level customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm sorry to say but I am definetly moving to another network, and I will make sure that all my friends and family does the same.</p>

Data is depleted against volume, you need to make sure that all your device back end applications is closed proper. You can contact the business solutions help desk on 1555 from the device to check this for you.
