Data Charges
I called MTN to find out the amount that is going to debited from my account as i renewed my contract only to find out that the number that or sim card that i havent been using for over a year has Data charges of R1800. Now i am not sure how this is possible as i havent been using it. i would like this to be retified as soon as possible. the number that i havent been using is as follows

According to our records the invoice being disputed was investigated and the charges were validated and found to be correct, you were also sent a copy of the call data records and the calculations on 03-04-2015.
