Thank you for responding to my complaint Mtn billing but there has been no clarification on why the data usage was so high. The sms I received that said my request was resolved just contained the same information that I received from Mtn on initially querying this account. Now can someone please explain to me what caused the high data usage and can you prove that this SIM card was not hacked or used *******ly? Ref no: REQ***.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the query being resolved.

We've now logged a request with our Billing Department in order for them to retrieve the report reflecting the usage & websites etc. The reference number for the request logged REQ:***.
