DATA CHARGE *******ION

MTN runs a ******* money skimming service, I took out an account with them for a tablet that comes with 500mb free each month, I have been having this account for a while, problem started March, April I had to pay R1600 didn't manage to call because you never get through to them, this month I get a debit of R2700, I go into one of their shops to inquire now about both amounts, the consultant tells me that is for data over use, meaning I used my 500mb then got charged extra, then he tells me you get charged R2 per mb used, IF ITS SUCH COMMON KNOWLDEGE WHY DOESNT MTN SAY IT WHEN APPLICATIONS ARE BEING MADE AND INSTEAD LET IT BE A SHOCKER WHEN IN HAPPENS, therefore my conclusion they leave it out intentionally so that they get skim people of their hard earned cash.
