DATA charge
REQ:*** I would like answers. <br> <br> I bought data before that R389.98 went of my account and want to buy data again when my data is finished. I would like to see this charges that you say I used on my contract . My data was finished and I bought data. Go and look on my statements. I am not laying when I said I bought Data. <br> <br> When my data is finished, it do not allow me to go on the Internet, so how is it possible that I can use R389.98's data when the contract give me message my data is finished and I need to buy data. <br> <br> If I have an open line why will I buy data???<br> <br> Cancel my open line. Because you are not going to charge me again for DATA that I did not use. <br> <br> You did not ever go and check on my statements to see if what I am saying is true. <br> <br> I will not recommend MTN to anyone. You treat your customers like we are laying and I have my statements to proof my statement. <br>

Kindly be advised that the data charges were validated to be correct by the billing department, REQ:***. A query has been logged requesting for the URL report for the invoice dated 2015-10-20 to be sent.
The Subscriber Usage Limit (SUL) was loaded on your account on the 2015-11-17 after the invoice dated 2015-10-20. Once you have used up your monthly provisioning, you will be advised to load airtime or bundles if you have activated the SUL.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
