Data charge

MTN customer service poor and still non-existing. Today MTN has suspended both my voice and data line after I have paid my voice line and the monthly charge for my data line. I'm still awaiting feedback from MTN over the data charges on my March billing. MTN is pathetic when it comes to service delivery and as per my previous complaint they close customer queries without feedback to the customer. Wow MTN, if only you can improve on your customer service. I cannot talk any good of MTN currently and it is shocking that a service provider can operate like this. Perhaps I have to think of changing service providers...I've been a loyal MTN customer but you guys don't seem to care
