Data bungle
<br> I got a massage on the 21st/07/2015 thanking me for purchasing an internet bundle during internet promotion.<br> It continued to say I have successfully loaded a contract once off volume data 2GB on data bundle.<br> I do not recall taking this contract and I do not need data bundles. I tried several times calling their contact centre with no joy. I sent email enquiring about this , got reply on the 24th from Naledi Monyane about my phone contract not about data bundle. I emailed her back explaining the contract I'm talking about is for data bungle not for the phone, no response up to now. I'm going to be billed for contract I do not want.

As per our system, it is showing that the 2Gig bundle once off was purchased via self service. Ref : REQ:***. It is on your current invoice, but since it was a once off service that was chosen, it will not be on your next invoice.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
