Data bundles that don't work

I bought a pocket router with a sim card that came with 120G bundle on Black Friday. The sim card does not work. I have called their shop at Mall of the south where I bought this deal with no help. I just drove there today and I came back without any help. All I want is a refund I will go buy a product that works somewhere
