Data bundles not deducted
My MTN charges have gone through the roof. My data bundles are not being utilized and instead expires without it being used at all. Instead I'm being charged for out of bundle rates for every Megabyte used. In the meantime I have 2 gig data bundles that are not being utilized on my account.<br> <br> I have contacted the call centre and sent a email via their website and nothing gets done.

Kindly note that you are billed R0.99 per Mb used, as of April 2015. with regards to the expiry of data, MTN has also updated this to expire after 30 days of purchase or allocation.
