Data bundles
In the month of August I bought 1Gig data bundles and they expired during the 30days cycle.<br> I call and was rudely told to go read terms and conditions by Hlengiwe and Nhlanhla. I then spoke to Francina.<br> I asked mtn to resend me the sms they claim they sent to me regarding data bundles lasing only a month. To date i'm still waiting and no one is getting back to me.<br> I have been with mtn for over 10years and this is the kaak service i get from them. I will port my numbers with their competitors as clearly they dont care about thier customers.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the was a message from 141 that a data bundle was purchased via FNB on the 26-07-2015 and it expired on the 25-08-2015.
