Data bundle problems
Received a message 22 nd of every month since May 2013 account credited with monthly data bundle up to 22 Jan 2015 on 30 Jan 2015 received new message data bundle cancelled.<br> No data was loaded since mentioned date although I still pay the same amount for the contract.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We have now perused your account and see that your promotional data bundle was reloaded on the 9th of March 2015 (REQ:***).
The issue was with our system automatically deactivating the bundle and it needed to be manually reactivated.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
