Data bundle not loaded
MTN phoned me to sell me a 10gb data bundle special in early July. I bought it but they failed to load it. Now I have several hundred rand of out of bundle data charges. Spoke to Pauline in the 808 call center. Couldn't help but will send someone an email. When I asked for her surname so I could follow up with her she hung up on me.
