Data bundle n
Good day I bought a work from home data bundle. I was trying to connect to the internet and I was unable to . I contacted Mtn call center and was told the data bundle I purchased is only for teams meetings . I was surprised because I bought the 7 days work home data and I was able to use it for the internet , WhatsApp, LinkedIn but now the 1 day data bundle is limited. I am furious because Mtn did not specify on data bundle what is offers .

It simply shows that Mtn doesn’t value me as their client . The money I spend buying airtime is not valued. Mtn didn’t bother to contact me and this is not the first time this is happening that they ignore me. Is better that me and my family port to another network that will value us.
