Data bundle expiry date

Hi<br> <br> I receive R100 air time, 25 sms & 100MB bundles, ,buta week or two after I received them I get a message saying that my data bundles expired whereas they are supposed to expire after a month. I tried calling 808, but they never answer the phone. I tried calling them on several occasions.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records data is depleting normal as per usage.
